Scuba intro 19.01.2022

Scuba intro 19.1.2020 klo 19:00 – 22.00 at the Helsinginkatu swimming hall

A scuba intro is a great and safe way to try out scuba diving. You can see for yourself if scuba diving is for you, and if you would be interested in participating in a full scuba course.

A scuba intro does not give you the knowledge and skills for independent scuba diving. In order to become a scuba diver you need to enroll and pass a basic scuba diving course.

The organizer

This scuba intro is organized by Sukellusseura H2O ry, and is led by CMAS Instructor Marcin Dobrucki.

What is included in the intro?

There is a short theory session followed by a pool session under the direct supervision of the instructors.

Who can participate?

Anyone over 12 years old and in good health. Underage participants must obtain a signed permission from a legal guardian.

How to join?

Send your participation request to marcin.dobrucki@sukeltaja.fi by the 9th of January, 2022. There is a limited number of participant places.

What do I need along?

The club provides all necessary scuba equipment. Each participant must provide their own swimming gear (swimsuit, etc), towel, and so on. It’s a good idea to bring a t-shirt (and if you like shorts) to make wearing the dive gear a bit more comfortable.

What does the intro cost?

The price is 50 euro / participant. The payment must be made beforehand..

If the intro participant signs up for the basic scuba course organized by Sukellusseura H2O ry during spring 2022, the cost of the intro will be deducted from the costs of the course.
